Returns & Exchanges

At The Deck Haven, we take pride in handling collectible products with care and integrity. Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Return Requests

If you believe your order qualifies for review (such as damage or an incorrect item), you must submit a request through our official Returns Form within 48 hours of delivery.

The Returns Form helps us review your case efficiently and ensures all required details are properly documented.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• Any visible damage

• Your order number

Requests submitted without completing the Returns Form may delay processing.

Sealed Products

Sealed products are not eligible for return once opened.

If a sealed product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must submit the Returns Form within 48 hours of delivery.

For sealed products, we strongly recommend filming the unboxing process. This helps us verify claims involving transit damage or potential tampering.

Individual Cards

All single cards are sold in Mint (Sealed and Unopened), or in Near Mint condition unless otherwise stated.

If you believe a card does not match its listed condition, please submit the Returns Form within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the matter and respond accordingly.

Representative photos may be used for listings where multiple copies are available.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened sealed products

• Gift cards

• Store credit

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.

How to Return

  1. Fill out Returns Form. Once your return is approved,
  2. Pack your items securely
  3. Ship using the provided return label

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Options

If a refund is approved, you may choose between:

• Refund to your original payment method

• Store credit

Refunds to the original payment method may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Store credit can be issued immediately once approved and is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
