Ordering & Products
Yes. All items are 100% authentic Pokémon TCG products sourced from trusted suppliers. We’re collectors ourselves, so authenticity and condition matter deeply to us.
Yes. All sealed products are shipped exactly as received and are never opened or tampered with.
Yes. In addition to sealed products, we also offer individual cards that have been personally pulled or collected by our team. Any single cards listed are authentic and handled with care, and their condition will always be clearly described.
For individual cards where multiple copies are available, the photos shown are representative of the card you’ll receive. While the exact copy may vary, all cards are guaranteed to be Near Mint unless otherwise stated and are carefully handled and stored by our team. If you’d like photos of a specific card before purchasing, feel free to send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.
All individual cards sold are in Near Mint condition.
We do not list damaged or heavily played cards, and any notable imperfections will always be clearly disclosed in the product description.

Shipping & Delivery

Any customs duties or import taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Issues
Because we sell sealed collectibles, opened items are not eligible for returns.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we’ll be happy to assist. For sealed products, we strongly recommend filming the unboxing as an extra layer of protection for both you and us, as it helps us verify that items have not been tampered with or resealed.
We begin processing orders almost immediately to make sure everything ships out as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed or fulfilled yet, cancellations may still be possible — please reach out to us as soon as you can. While we’ll always do our best to help, last-minute cancellations can be difficult for us once fulfillment has started, so we really appreciate your understanding.
