where and when do you stream

We host Live Rip & Ship sessions on TikTok twice weekly:

• Wednesdays (Philippines-focused stream)

• Saturdays (International-focused stream)

We also hold special promotional streams on the first day and 16th of each month (unless those dates fall on a regular stream day).

Exact times are announced in advance on our discord server and social channels.

How does Live Rip & Ship work?

Purchase your selected packs or boxes, then join us during the scheduled live stream. We’ll open your product on stream, sleeve and protect your pulls, and ship them directly to you.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I cancel after purchasing?

Orders may be cancelled before the live stream begins. Once the stream has started, or your product has been opened on stream, the sale is final.

What gets shipped to me?

By default, Live Rip orders are shipped as hits only. If you would like your bulk cards included, you can select the bulk shipping option on the product page before checkout.

Please note shipping will be cheaper if you decide not to get your bulk cards shipped to you.

All cards are carefully sleeved and protected prior to shipping.

What if I can’t watch the stream live?

We only open packs if you're present on the live stream. If you’re not in the stream when it’s your turn, your slot may be given to the next available customer.

We’ll wait to rip your order during a future scheduled stream. If you’re unable to attend the next stream, your order will be cancelled and you’ll be contacted to arrange your preferred refund option.
