How does Live Rip & Ship work?

Purchase your selected packs or boxes, then join us during the scheduled live stream. We’ll open your product on stream, sleeve and protect your pulls, and ship them directly to you.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I cancel after purchasing?

Orders may be cancelled before the live stream begins. Once the stream has started, or your product has been opened on stream, the sale is final.

What gets shipped to me?

By default, Live Rip orders are shipped as hits only. If you would like your bulk cards included, you can select the bulk shipping option on the product page before checkout.

All cards are carefully sleeved and protected prior to shipping.

What if I can’t watch the stream live?

We only open packs if you're present on the live stream. If you’re not in the stream when it’s your turn, your slot may be given to the next available customer.

We’ll wait to rip your order during a future scheduled stream. If you’re unable to attend the next stream, your order will be cancelled and you’ll be contacted to arrange your preferred refund option.
